重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折56例疗效分析

目的:评估重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法:56例锁骨骨折患者,采用重建钢板固定,男40例,女16例,年龄18-70岁,平均32岁。术后肩关节早期活动。结果:所有患者获得随访,时间12个月以上,根据疗效评价标准[1]评定,优50例,良4例,可2例,差0例,优良率96%。结论:重建钢板内固定为锁骨骨折提供了坚强的固定,术后不需外固定,更有利于肩关节早期活动、骨折愈合及功能恢复,值得推广。

Analysis on the Effect of Reconstruction Plate in 56 Cases of Clavicular Fracture
