摘    要:县级疾病预防控制中心门诊卫生服务是一项涉及人数多、社会影响力大的工作,其服务对象的满意度是衡量门诊服务质量、检验卫生服务水平的重要标志。文章通过分析其服务的特点和影响满意度的因素,用满意度调查表量化管理措施的有效性。结果表明,服务对象满意度得到改善。

Abstract:The out-patient health service in center for disease control and prevention of county level is a work invdving big population and great social influence. Its target client degree of satisfaction is an important symbol to measure clinic service quality and exame the health service level. Through the analysis of the factors influence target client degree of satisfaction and the service characteristics, the paper used satisfaction quantification appraisal table to manage validation of the measures. The result indicated that the target client degree of satisfaction is improved.
