执业药师与基本药物制度的思考

目的:为促进执业药师贯彻实施我国基本药物制度提供参考。方法:分析和思考执业药师在基本药物制度实施过程中的作用及存在的问题。结果与结论:执业药师参与国家基本药物的遴选、生产、流通、使用、报销等各个环节,是基本药物制度实施的重要主体。应从执业药师立法、建立药品分类管理制度和执业药师分类注册管理等方面着手,促进我国基本药物制度的实施。
