SARS流行期间军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康状况调查及相关因素分析

目的 :为了解SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康的影响。方法 :运用中科院心理研究所设计的心理测评量表对全国范围内 8家军队医院发热门诊工作的医护人员进行心理问卷测评 ,并对结果进行相关因素分析。结果 :SARS疫情期间军队发热门诊医护人员躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、强迫因子评分均增高 ,其中抑郁分值增高明显。心理健康状况与性别、职业 (医生 /护士 )、职称有关。结论 :SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员的心理健康有影响

A Survey of Psychological Health State of Medical and Nursing Staffs of Fever Out-patient Clinic in Military Hospitals During SARS Epidemic Period and Analysis of Its Related Factors

Objective: to find out the influence of SARS on psychological health of medical and nursing staffs of fever out-patient clinic in military hospitals. Method: psychological questionnaire measurement of medical and nursing staffs worked in fever out-patient clinic of 8 military hospitals in China were conducted via filling out mental assessment scale designed by institute of psychology of Chinese Academy of Science. Data of all subjects were analyzed. Results: scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, compulsion factor of medical and nursing staffs worked in fever out-patients clinic of military hospitals during SARS epidemic period increased. Among which, score of depression of them increased more remarkably. Psychological health condition of medical and nursing staffs related with their sex, occupation (doctor/nurse), and professional title. Conclusion: SARS had some influences on the psychological health of medical and nursing staffs worked in fever out-patient clinic of military hospitals.
