敦煌韦慈方延缓衰老作用研究

摘    要:目的 :研究敦煌韦慈方对D 半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠的延缓衰老作用。方法 :用跳台法研究对D 半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响 ,用NBT还原法和TBA荧光法测定小鼠血清SOD、MDA ;用DTNB直接比色法测定GSH Px的活性 ,UV法测定MAO B的活性 ,定磷法测定脑组织Na K ATP酶的活性。结果 :敦煌韦慈方可明显使D 半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠血清SOD和脑组织GSH Px酶活性明显升高 ,血清MDA明显下降 ,可使Na K ATP酶活性明显升高 ,使脑组织MAO B活性明显下降。结论 :敦煌韦慈方具有显著的延缓衰老作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Dunhuang Weicifang delaying senility to D-galactose presenile model mice. Methods: The step down and the step through tests were used to study the influence of learning and memory ability of D-galactose presenile model mice. NBT reductive way was used to measure the influence of SOD in serum and TBA method to determine MDA of D-galactose presenile mice. the activity of GSH-Px and MAO-B were measured by DTNB colorimetry and UV respectively. The activity of Na~ -K~ -ATPase in cerebral was measurd by determination the phosphorus. Results: SOD in serum, GSH-Px activity in cerebral and Na~ -K~ -ATPase activity were increased obviously by different dose of Dunhuang Weicifang, while MDA in serum and MAO-B activity in cerebral were decreased obviously. Conclusion: Dunhuang Weicifang has remarkable effect to delay senility.
