下肢静脉畸形骨肥大综合征的双功能彩色多普勒的诊断及临床意义

目的：探讨下肢静脉畸形骨肥大综合征（KTS）的双功能彩色多普勒（DCDU）的诊断和临床意义。方法：对56例KTS进行DCDU检查诊断，经手术及静脉造影证实，对KTS的影像特征进行分析总结。结果：KTS共56例，其中浅静脉异常型16例；深静脉异常型28例，其中髂外静脉狭窄2例，股浅静脉狭窄19例，Guo静脉狭窄3例，股浅静脉及瓣膜缺如4例；海绵状血管瘤样扩张型3例；混合型9例。结论：DCDU检查较静脉造影对KTS的诊断具有更全面的临床影像学资料，可基本替代静脉造影。

Diagnosis and Clinical Significance of Duplex Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the significance of duplex color Doppler ultrasonography(DCDU)in the diagnosis of Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome(KTS).Methods:DCDU was obtained in 46 cases of KTS.Operation and venography identified the diagnoses.The characteristic images were analyzed and concluded.Results:Fifty six cases with KTS were included,abnormal superficial vien in 16 cases,abnormal deep vein in 28 cases.Among them external iliac narrowing in 2 cases,superficial vein stenosis in 19 cases,popliteal vein stricture in 3 cases,valvular defect in superficial femoral vein in 4 cases,cavernous hemangioma with dilatation in 3 cases and mixed type in 9 cases.Conclusions:DCDU with shows better clinical imaging data has more advantages in the diagnosis of KTS over venography.Consequently DCDU can be regarded as the replacement of venography.
