摘    要:目的明确乳腺癌中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和CD44的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法对115例手术切除的乳腺癌标本进行EGFR、CD44免疫组织化学染色,分析其表达情况与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期、ER、PR、C-erbB-2表达等临床病理特征的相关关系。结果乳腺癌EGFR、CD44表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),而与发病年龄、肿块大小、C-erbB-2表达无明显相关性。EGFR的表达与ER、PR相关(P<0.05),而CD44的表达与ER、PR无明显相关性。EGFR的表达与CD44无明显相关性。结论 EGFR、CD44与乳腺癌的发生发展有密切关系,其表达有助于判断预后及指导治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of EGFR and CD44 in breast carcinoma and the correlation between their exression and clinicopathological characteristics.Methods?The expression of EGFR and CD44 was detected in paraffin-embedded tissues from 115 cases of breast carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining.Their relationships to age,tumor size,lymphnode metastasis,clinical stage,the expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 were analyzed.Results?The expression of EGFR and CD44 showed significant correlation with lymphnode metastasis and the TNM stage(P<0.05) and no significant correlation with age,tumor size,C-erbB-2 expression.The expression of EGFR was correlated with the expression of ER and PR(P<0.05),whereas the expression of CD44 was not significant correlated with the expression of ER and PR.There was no significant correlation between EGFR expression and CD44 expression.Conclusions?EGFR and CD44 were closely correlated to the genesis and development of breast carcinoma and their expression is helpful to predict the prognosis and therapy.
