浅谈眼科手术室护理管理体会

目的探讨专科医院手术室管理的特殊性,通过实践总结了眼科手术精细,手术质量高,手术后一旦发生感染,后果严重。因此,要求手术室护士严格遵守各项规章制度,认真对待工作中每一个细节,防止发生术后感染。方法加强对手术室环境的管理,手术室仪器和器械的使用和保养,手术室护理人员的管理及手术室消毒灭菌制度的管理。结果通过有效预防和控制手术感染及通过规范的管理延边眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科手术室多年没有发生术后感染。结论通过对手术室规范的管理,并制定一套切实可行的工作程序,提高了手术室工作效率,保证了手术的顺利进行。

Experience of Operating Room Nursing Management of Eye

Objective To investigate the specificity of hospital operating room management,summed up the eye surgery through practice fine,high quality surgery,infection after surgery in the event of serious consequences.Therefore,the requirements of operating room nurses in strict compliance with the rules and regulations,take seriously the work of every detail,to prevent postoperative infection.Methods?To strengthen the management of the operating room environment,the use of operating room instruments and equipment and maintenance,operating room nurses and operating room management system for the management of disinfection and sterilization.Results?The surgical infection prevention and control of effective and standardized management through the operating room for many years in our hospital did not occur after eye infection.Conclusion?Through for operating standardized management,and formulate a workable working procedures,improve the operating efficiency,to ensure the smooth operation.
