| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT与纤维支气管镜检查(纤支镜)在诊断阻塞性肺不张中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析79例肺不张患者同时进行CT和纤支镜检查的临床资料。结果 79例肺不张病变部位依次为右上叶(21例)、右下叶(18例)、右中叶(15例)、左上叶(11例)、右全肺(7例)、左下叶(5例)和左全肺(2例);病因为:肿瘤42例(53.2%)、炎症23例(29.1%)、结核11例(13.9%),其他3例(3.8%),其中,CT病因诊断符合率81%(64/79),纤支镜病因诊断符合率为98.7%。结论纤支镜对肺不张的部位、病因诊断最准确,可作为常规检查手段,CT可作为肺不张诊断的补充。
