改良负压封闭引流装置在骨科开放性损伤的应用

目的观察改良负压封闭引流装置治疗骨科污染严重的开放性损伤的引流效果。方法对2009年1月至2010年10月使用负压封闭引流的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组10例,运用改良负压封闭引流装置治疗及护理;对照组14例,采用常规负压封闭装置治疗及护理,对比两组引流效果和创面清洁时间。结果对照组14例在负压封闭引流5～7d后,有10例发生引流管堵塞现象;观察组10例无发生堵管现象,引流效果好,两组经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组创面清洁时间比较:观察组比对照组缩短了创面清洁时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良负压封闭引流装置能有效地改善引流管堵塞现象,充分发挥引流作用,缩短创面清洁和愈合时间。

The Application for Open Wound with The Improved Installation for Vacuum Sealing Drainage

Objective To observe and get the results when treating and nursing the patients having serious open wound with the improved installation for vacuum sealing drainage.Methods?We divided the 24 patients into an observation group(10 patients) and a control group(14 patients) from January,2009 to October,2010.The observation group were treated and nursed with the improved installation for vacuum sealing drainage while the control group received the conventional installation for vacuum sealing drainage so that we could compare the two drainage results and the time we need to clean the wounds.Results?Among the 14 patients in the control group,ten drainage tubes were blocked after vacuum sealing drainage for 5～7days.But this didn't happened to the 10 patients in the observation group.The improved installation was effective.By statistical analysis,we found that there was a marked difference between the two groups(P<0.01).We also compared the time when cleaning the wounds.It took less time to clean the wounds for the observation group than the control group.Difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion?Using the improved installation for vacuum sealing drainage can effectively prevent the tube being blocked and it has a good effect on drainage.It can also shorten the time to clean the wound and heal the wound.
