临床护理路径对腰椎间盘突出症患者的健康教育效果

目的观察运用临床护理路径对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行健康教育的效果。方法选择2008年6月—2009年12月行传统经后路腰椎间盘摘除术患者186例,随机分为2组,试验组96例,采用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育;对照组90例,采用传统方法进行健康教育。出院时,经统一培训的调查员负责对两组患者发放健康教育效果调查问卷,收集相关信息。结果试验组与对照组患者在疾病相关知识的掌握及相关技能的实施方面,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);试验组较对照组患者的术后不良反应中尿潴留、胃肠道反应发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);试验组较对照组患者的平均住院日短、平均住院费用少,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施临床护理路径,有利于树立正确的认知理念和健康行为,能缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,还能有效降低尿潴留、胃肠道反应等并发症的发生率。

Health Education Effect of Clinical Nursing Path on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

[Objective]To observe the health education effect of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]186 patients who treated by traditional posterior lumbar discectomy from June 2008 to December 2009 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group（96 cases） was given health education with clinical nursing path,and the control group was given health education with traditional method.When patients were discharged,the questionnaires of health education effect provided to patients in two groups by investigators who were trained together.[Results]There were significant differences in the mastery of disease related knowledge and the implementation of relevant skills between the experimental group and the control group（P 0.01）.The incidence rates of postoperative adverse reactions,including urinary retention and gastrointestinal reaction,in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group significantly（P 0.01or P 0.05）.The average length of stay and average hospitalization charge of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group significantly（P 0.01）.[Conclusion]The clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful to establish the correct cognition and health behavior,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the hospitalization expenses,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications,such as urinary retention and gastrointestinal reaction.
