| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨前列宝颗粒治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效.方法:将94例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组46例,治疗组采用前列宝颗粒治疗,对照组采用前列通瘀胶囊治疗,并进行对比观察.结果:治疗组有效率为89.5％;对照组有效率为78.2％;两组治疗后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、残余尿等均有明显改善.结论:前列宝颗粒对良性前列腺增生症疗效肯定.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of QianLieBao granule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods：9d patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 48 patients and the control group of 46 patients. The treatment group was given QianLieBao granule while the control group was given QianLieTongYu capsule. The clinical efficacy in both groups were observed and compared. Results：The effective rate was 89.5% in the treatment group and the effective rate was 78.2 % in the control group. International Prostate score （IPSS） and residual urine etc. all changed significantly after treatment. Conclusion .. QianLieBao granule has definite clinical efficacy in treating benign prostatic hyperlasia. |
