柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎临床研究

目的:探讨柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用柴芍六君子汤[药物组成:柴胡6 g,白芍12 g,白术12 g,茯苓12 g,陈皮6 g,姜半夏12g,木香(后下)6g,砂仁(后下)6 g,党参18 g,甘草6 g]治疗.对照组采用口服兰索拉唑肠溶胶囊30 mg,每日1次;莫沙必利片5 mg,每日3次;阿莫西林片0.5g,每日3次.观察两组近期临床疗效及不良反应.结果:治疗组有效率为86.7％,对照组有效率为63.3％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组与对照组1 a复发率分别为26.7％和46.7％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗期间未见不良反应发生.结论:柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎具有调整机体和胃黏膜局部屏障功能,改善临床症状,有较好的疗效.

Clinical Research of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in Treating Chronic Erosive Gastritis

Objective ：To explore the clinical curative effects of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in treating chronic erosive gastritis. Methods ：60 cases of patients with chronic erosive gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with each of 30 cases, the treatment group was taken Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction （composition：Radix Bupleuri 6 g, PaconialactifloraPall 12 g, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 12 g, Wolfiporia cocos 12 g, pericarpium citri reticulatae 6 g, Pinellia ternate 12 g, Aucklandia lappa Decne （decocted later）6g, Codonopsis pilosula 18 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 6 g） ;the control group was orally taken Lansoprazole Capsules 30 mg, once per day;Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5 mg,three times per day;Amoxicillin Dispersible Tablets 0.5 g, three times per day. Then recent clinical curative effects and untoward effects were observed. Results ： The effective rates of the treatment group and the con- trol group was 86.7% and 63.3% respectively, difference of two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Recurrence rate of one year in the treatment group and the control group was 26.7% and 46.7% respectively, comparing two groups, the difference had statis- tical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. No untoward effects were found during treatment period in both groups. Conclusion ： Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction has effects of regulating body and gastric mucosa partial barrier function in treating chronic erosive gastritis, can improve clinical symptoms and has better curative effects.
