山东省基本药物配送情况的综合评价

目的:评价山东省基本药物配送情况,为国家基本药物制度的顺利实施提供参考。方法:运用秩和比和重要性推导模型的方法,并结合重要象限分析模型进行研究。结果:通过综合评价,山东省的17个地(市)的基本药物配送情况评价结果可以分为3档,得分高的有2个,得分低的有4个。17地(市)中O、J、Q、A地区配送效果较差;结合卫生服务利用情况,G、O、Q地区基本药物的配送情况应优先受到重视。结论:政府应完善基本药物配送企业的准入机制,加强对配送企业的管理,积极鼓励第三方物流进入,保障基本药物配送的及时到位。

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Distribution of Essential Drugs in Shandong Province

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the delivery of essential drug in Shandong province, and to provide reference for the implementation of national essential drug system. METHODS： Rank sum ratio and important quadrant model were adopted in the study. RESULTS： Through comprehensive evaluation, 17 cities were divided into 3 levels, 2 cities obtained the highest score and 4 lowest score. The distribution of essential drug in district O, J, Q and A was not satisfactory. Based on the application of health care, attention should first be given to the right to the distribution of essential drug in district G, O and Q. CONCLUSION： The government shbuld improve the access mechanism and strengthen the management of enterprise which distribute essential drugs, encourage the Third-Party Logistics take an activity part in the distribution of essential drugs in order to gurantee the timely distribution of essential drugs.
