高职院校护理药理学教学改革探索

目的:为高职院校护理药理学的教学改革提供参考。方法:以我校护理药理学教学改革为例,探索护理药理学教学改革方法。结果:从激发学生学习兴趣、创设学习情境、优化实践教学、建立新的考核体系等方面,提出护理药理学的教学改革措施。结论:教学改革后,学生的学习能力和学习效果均较以前有所提高。激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生记忆力,创设仿真的教学情境,改革实训教学模式,改变考核评价体系,是全面提高护理专业学生学习效果的有效途径。

Exploration of the Teaching Reform of Nursing Pharmacology in Vocational Colleges

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the teaching reform of the nursing pharmacology in vocational colleges. METHODS： Taking the teaching refom of nursing phamacology in our school as excemple, explorate the methods of the teaching reform. RESULTS： The teaching reform measures of nursing pharmacology should be closely related to stimulate students＇ interest in learning, create the learning context, optimize practice teaching and establish new examining system. CONCLUSION： There are effective way to improve the learning of nursing students, such as stimulating students＇ interesting in learning, enhancing students＇ memory, creating simulation teaching situations, reforming training teaching mode, changing evaluation system.
