郁证(抑郁症)中医治疗临床对照研究

目的:探讨2010年和2007年《郁证(抑郁症)诊疗方案》的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将郁证(抑郁症)患者随机分为2007组和2010组,2007组采用2007年《郁证(抑郁症)诊疗方案》中的治疗方法治疗;2010组采用2010年改进的《郁证(抑郁症)诊疗方案》中的治疗方法治疗,采用密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价疗效,并记录不良反应.结果:2010组疗效明显好于2007组,2010组的患者满意度和依从性优于2007组.结论:经过优化的2010年诊疗方案有更好的疗效和依从性,且不良反应少.

Clinical Control Study of Depression Syndrome Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective ： To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme of Depression Syndrome （ Melancholia） in 2010 and 2007. Methods：Depression patients were randomly divided into the year of 2007 group and the year of 2010 group. The year of 2007 group was treated according to ＂Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme of Depression Syndrome （Melancholia）＂ in year of 2007 ; the year of 2010 group year was treated according to modified ＂Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme of Depression Syndrome （ Melancholia）＂ in year of 2010, curative effects were observed by applying Hamilton depression scale, and side effects were recorded. Results： The curative effect in the year of 2010 Group was significantly better than the year of 2007 Group, and the year of 2010 Group was better than the year of 2007 Group in patient＇s satisfaction and compliance degree. Conclusion ：Through the optimization, diagnosis and treatment scheme of 2010 year is better in clinical efficacy and compliance, and has little side effects, can be widely used in clinical.
