| 摘 要： | 本文从宏观和微观层砸剖析了我国公立医院改革背景下医用耗材管理存在的问题和困难。阐述了一系列政策，特别是等级医院评审实施细则和新版项目规范使医院耗材管理者面临的挑战。对公立医院改革背景下医用耗材科学规范化管理提出了可行的思路和有效的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes problems and difficulties of medical consumable management under the background of public hospital reform from macroscopical and microcosmic levels, expatiates series of policies, especially detailed rules of grade hospital evaluation and the challenges that hospital consumables supervisors confront with the new medical service project standard, also explains the feasible ideas and effective countermeasures about scientific standardization management of medical consumables under the background. |
