| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿路结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析2004年至2006年尿路结石患者行体外冲击波治疗的效果.结果:成功(结石粉碎并全部排除者)596例,失败13例,其中9例行外科手术治疗.结论:体外冲击波碎石对于治疗尿路结石效果满意,且价格相对低廉,是尿路结石的一项重要治疗手段. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in the treatment of urethral calculi.Method:We reviewed the data of patients who underwent ESWL during 2004 to 2006.Result:The overall success was 598 cases(passed out the cleanly),failure was 13 cases and 9 cases underwent Surgical operation.Conclusion:ESWL is a satisfying operation low-cost and convenient treatment to urinary calculus. |
