摘    要:目的:研究青蛇藤中的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,MCI,Rp-18柱色谱进行分离、纯化,根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从青蛇藤氯仿萃取部分分离鉴定了2个寡糖,鉴定为:4-O-acetyl-β-cym(1→4)-O-β-D-cym(1→4)-O-β-D-can(1→4)-O-β-D-cym(l→4)-O-oleandronicacid-δ-lactone(1),和perisaccharide B(2)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective:To study thechemical constituents of Periploca calophylla.Method:Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate the constituents,and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods.Result:Two oligosaccharides were isolated from the chloroform part of P.calophylla and their structures were identified as 4-O-acetyl-β-cymaropyranosyl(1→4)-O-β-D-cymaropyranosyl(1→4)-O-β-D-canaropyranosyl(1→4)-O-β-D-cymaropyranosy(l→4)-O-oleandronic acid-δ-lactone(1),and perisaccharide B(2).Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new com-pound.Compound 2 is reported for the first time from this plant.
