| 摘 要： | 综述了护理人力资源管理的概述及我国护理人力资源管理的现状、研究进展及我国护理人力资源的开发与使用对策。指出要开发我国护理人力资源，要从建立规范入手，逐步实现从行业规范管理为主到依法管理的转变，要以人为本，吸取国外先进的管理理念和方法，大胆实践，勇于创新。 |

| Abstract: | It summarized the overview of nursing human resources, the status quo,research progress development and application strategies of nursing human resources. It put forward that to develop nursing human resources, one should start management from the establishment of norms,realize the transformation from profession standard management to law - based management. One should be people - oriented, learn the advanced management concepts and methods, bold in practice and innovation. |
