南昌市医务人员幽门螺杆菌感染的流行病学调查

为探讨医务人员幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染与HP传播途径的关系，本文对南昌市四所大中型医院的部分医务人员HP感染的状况进行了调查。结果示；（1）医务人员血清HP抗体阳性率58.9％（259／440），健康非医务人员55．6％（158／284）。（2）医务人员中30～39岁年龄组的HP感染率68.0％显著高于20～29岁年龄组50．9％，参加工作5年以上的HP感染率61．5％，亦显著高于工作5年以下组48.9％（P＜0．05）。（3）消化专业的医务人员HP感染率74.4％明显高于非消化专业人员55．5％。且从事内窥镜的消化专业人员HP感染率又显著高于未从事内窥镜的人员（P＜0．05）。结论：HP感染与社会环境：职业，年龄有关，消化科尤其是从事内窥镜的医务人员是医院的易感人群，应加强在工作中的自我防护，防止HP的感染。

An Epidemiological Survey of Helicobacter Pylori Infection among Medical Staff in Nanchang

In order to assess the relationship between H pylori infection in medical staff and the mode of transmission, the sero - prevalence of H pylori infection in medical staff from 4 hospitals in Nanchang was studied. It was shown that the antibodies against H pylori were positive in 58. 9% of medical staff and 55. 6%of non- medical healthy volunteers. Of the medical staff, the sero -prevalence of H pylori infection in age group 30~ 39 (68. 0% )or those of working duration over 5 years (61. 5 % )was markedly higher than that in age group 20~29 (50. 9% )or those of working duration under 5 years (48. 9% )respect1vely. The prevalence of H plori in gastroenterologists was 74. 4%,significantly higher than in those (55. 5%) of non -gastroenterologists. The prevalencc of H. pylori in gastrontestinal endoscopists was also significantly higher than that of non-endoscopist (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The prevalence of H pylori infection is closely related to socialenviroment,occupation and age. The medical staff at the department of gastroenterology,especially endoscopiests,are susceptible population in hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary to enforce their self - protection to prevent H pylori infection.
