三位动“正”整脊手法配合参麦针椎间孔注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘    要:[目的]比较研究三位动"正"整脊手法配合参麦注射液椎间孔注射和传统旋转复位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效.[方法]将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为试验1组、试验2组和对照组各30例,分别给予三位动"正"复位手法+参麦注射液椎间孔注射、单纯三位动"正"复位手法和传统旋转复位手法治疗.运用改良日本骨科学会的下腰痛评分法对治疗前后症状、体征及日常生活工作能力进行评分,并比较3组临床疗效.[结果]在下腰痛评分方面,3组治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),说明3种治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症均有效;治疗后试验1、2组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),提示三位动"正"复位手法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于传统两人坐位旋转复位手法.在疗效方面,试验1组与试验2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明三位动"正"复住手法加椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液时腰椎问盘突出症的疗效优于单纯三位动"正"复位手法.[结论]三位动"正"复位手法结合参麦注射液椎间孔注射疗法是腰椎间盘突出症较为理想的治疗方法.
