老年患者术后认知功能障碍的研究进展

术后认知功能障碍是指患者在手术后出现的中枢神经系统并发症,常发生于大手术或急诊手术后的老年患者。近年来随着高龄手术患者的增多,术后中枢神经系统并发症越来越多,老年人的术后认知功能障碍也逐渐被人们重视。术后认知功能障碍可导致患者康复延迟、住院天数延长和医疗费用增加,严重时甚至影响患者出院后的生活质量。

Study Progress of Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction in Old Patients

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction means the complications in central nervous system, which usually takes place after operations,specially great or emergency operations of old patients. With the increasing of operations in the old patients, the incidence of cognitive dysfunction rises. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction can lead to delaying recovery, lengthening hospital days, increasing medical cost, and sometimes may impair the life quality of patients.
