柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的观察中药柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法溃疡性结肠炎患者94例,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(44例),前者用柴胡白芍汤灌肠,后者用柳氮黄毗吮治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率79.55%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论中药柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,建议临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Bupleurum and Raeoniae Decoction in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of bupleurum and raeoniae decoction in treatment of 50 patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 94 cases with ulcerative colitis were divided into the treatment group (n=50) and the control group (n=44) randomly, the former group was treated by enteroclysis with bupleurum and raeoniae decoction, and other group were treated by Huang Pyridine Balsalazide. Results The total effective rates were 98% in the treatment group and 79.55% in the controls with significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion It is effective to treat ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
