藏药哇夏嘎对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

目的探讨藏药哇夏嘎降血脂作用。方法Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成正常对照组(N组)、造模组(B组)和治疗组(W组),动物从造模开始到治疗用药历时3个月。用药组用哇夏嘎水提醇沉法得到的提取物药液灌服45d。下腔静脉采血检测血脂,指标包括胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果B组大鼠CHOL、TG和LDL明显增高,与N组比较差异明显(P<0.05),而HDL则无明显变化;W组CHOL、TG和LDL值明显比B组低(P<0.05),但与N组比较,W组的CHOL、TG、LDL和HDL4项指标均增高,其中CHOL和HDL增高明显(P<0.05)。结论藏药哇夏嘎具有明显降血脂作用。

The Effect of Adhatoda Vacica Nees on Treating Hyperlipidmia in Rat

Objective To study the effect of Adhatoda Vacica Nees on treating hyperlipidmia in rat. Methods Wister rats 60 cases were randomly divided into three groups:normal group (N), model group (B) and Adhatoda Vacica Nees treating group (W). N group was no any treatment, B group was only for making hyperlipidmia model and W group was for making hyperlipidmia model and then treat with Adhatoda Vacica Nees herb. Then the blood was taken from all group through venacava inferior and cholestrol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein were measured. Results Comparing with N group, the content of CHOL, TG and LDL were significantly increased in B group (P <0.05), but HLD had no obvious change. Comparing with B group, the CHOL,TG, LDL were obviously decreased in W group (P <0.05). Comparing with N group the CHOL, TG, LDL and HDL were all increased in W group, and only CHOL and HLD in two groups have difference in statistics (P <0.05). Conclusion Adhatoda Vacica Nees could obviously improve the hyperlipidmia.
