美沙酮加洛非西定治疗海洛因依赖戒断症状

目的：探索美沙酮加洛非西定治疗海洛因依赖戒断症状的疗效。方法：对１４０例海洛因依赖者进行为期９ｄ的戒毒治疗，其中用美沙酮（总量１３９～１７５ｍｇ）ｐｏ治疗６０例，洛非西定（总量１１ｍｇ）ｐｏ治疗４０例，美沙酮（总量１０９～１５５ｍｇ）加洛非西定（总量６ｍｇ）ｐｏ治疗４０例。采用统一评价量表评分。结果：美沙酮加洛非西定组在控制戒毒症状彻底，停药后基本无反跳现象，脱试率低等主面均优于单用美沙酮组或洛非西定组。结论：美沙酮加洛非西定治疗海洛因依赖戒断症状效果满意，有推广价值。

Methadone plus lofexidine block herion withdrawal syndrome

AIM: To study the effects of methadone plus lofexidine in blocking herion withdrawal syndrome. METHODS: The 140 herion addicts received detoxification treatment for 9 d. Among them, 60 were given methadone with a total dose of 139-175 mg po, 40 were given lofexidine with a total dose of 11 mg, po and the other 40 were given methadone 105-155 mg, plus lofexidine 6 mg, po. The treatment effects were scored according to the uniform scales. RESULTS: The combined therapy was more effective than either of 2 uncombined ones in controlling the withdrawal syndrome, and no rebound phenomena was found after withdrawal. CONCLUSION: The effect of methadone plus lofexidine is satisfactory in blocking herion withdrawal syndrome, and it is valuable to be widely used.
