两种不同浓度的氦氧混合气体改善缓解期慢阻肺病患者缺氧症状的效果比较

目的:比较两种不同浓度的氦氧混合气体改善缓解期慢阻肺病患者缺氧症状的效果。方法:分别让两组缓解期慢阻肺病患者呼吸含60%氦和含80%氦的氦氧混合气体并测定比较其呼吸氦氧气体前后肺活量及其组成的变化。结果:两组慢阻肺病患者基础肺功能测定结果差异无显著性(P>0.05);各自呼吸不同浓度的氦氧混合气体后,肺活量及其组成两组相比较差异也无显著性(P>0.05);且其增加或减低的变化百分率差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:含60%氦的较低氦浓度的氦氧混合气体与含80%氦的氦氧混合气体一样具有改善慢阻肺患者缺氧症状的作用,从降低成本的角度考虑,可采用较低氦浓度的氦氧混合气体对慢阻肺患者进行氧疗或康复治疗。
