广西2004-2007年学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

目的了解广西2004-2007年学校突发公共卫生事件的发生情况及基本特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法对2004-2007年广西学校突发公共卫生事件及相关信息资料进行分析。结果2004-2007年广西学校突发公共卫生事件共报告365起,发病18177例,无死亡,波及877961人;以传染病疫情和食物中毒为主,分别占85.21和7.67;12个月均有事件报告,3-5月和11-12月是高发季节。结论2004-2007年广西学校突发公共卫生事件呈逐年上升趋势,事件主要发生在乡村中小学校。

Epidemiological Analysis on Emergent Public Health Events at Schools in Guangxi During 2004 to 2007

Objective To study epidemiological features of emergency public health events at schools from 2004 to 2007 in Guangxi and to provide evidence for the prevention and control strategies.Methods Data of public health emergency of schools in Guangxi from 2004 to 2007 and related information were analyzed.Results There were 365 emergent public health events from 2004 to 2007,involving 877 961 people,and 18 177 cases but none of them were dead.Infectious disease outbreaks and food poisoning events were the main composition of emergent public health events,which were respectively accounted for 85.21% and 7.67%.Emergent public health events were reported every month,but more events occurred form March to May,and from November to December.Conclusion Emergent public health events are rising year by year from 2004 to 2007.And the events mainly occur in primary and middle schools in the countryside.
