1956-2009年广西巴马瑶族自治县疟疾防治效果评价

目的评价巴马瑶族自治县1956-2009年的疟疾防治效果。方法收集全县各乡镇卫生院1956-2009年疟疾防治资料,采用Excel软件进行统计和分析。结果该县1956年疟疾发病率为318.62/万,并有恶性疟、间日疟和三日疟流行。1970年下降为152.39/万,1971年后未发现三日疟病例,1978年后未发现当地恶性疟病例。1980年下降为4.33/万,1990年为0.36/万,以流动人口疟疾患者为主,1995年以后全县均无内外源疟疾患者发现,2000年疟疾发病率为0.17/万,2006年后该县未发现疟疾病例。结论该县通过长期的疟疾综合性防治措施后疟疾流行得到有效控制。

Evaluation of Malaria Prevention and Control in Bama Yao Autonomous County in Guangxi,1956-2009

Objective To evaluate the effect of malaria prevention and control in Bama yao autonomous county in Guangxi from 1956 to 2009.Methods The data of malaria prevention and control in the county during this period were collected and analyzed statistically by Excel.Results The incidence of malaria was 318.62 /104 in 1956,the epidemics of falciparum malaria,vivax malaria andquartan malaria were found.The incidence dropped to 152.39 /104 in 1970.No quartan malaria case had been found since 1971,and no indigenous case of falciparum malaria had been found since 1978.The incidence declined to 4.33 /104 in 1980 and 0.36 /104 in 1990.Malaria cases were mainly occurred among the floating population.Neither endogenous case nor exogenous case had been found since 1995.The incidence of malaria was 0.17 /104 in 2000 and no case had been found since 2006.Conclusion Malaria is under well control in the county by long term comprehensive prevention and control measures.
