飞行人员消化性溃疡患病特点分析

目的 分析飞行人员消化性溃疡的患病特点,为其制定有针对性的防治方案提供理论依据.方法 采用回顾性分析方法分析2002年1月-2012年1月在空军总医院住院的26例消化性溃疡的飞行人员患病特点.结果 消化性溃疡的发病年龄有两个高峰期,25 ～29岁患者7例（26.92％）和40～ 44岁患者7例（26.92％）;运输机和战斗机飞行员发病率较高;心理应激因素和幽门螺旋杆菌（H.pylori）是导致飞行人员消化性溃疡的重要致病因素.结论 对于飞行人员来说,紧张、焦虑、恐惧等心理因素是消化性溃疡的主要诱发因素;其次,H.pylori也是造成飞行人员消化性溃疡的另一重要病因.

The characteristics of peptic ulcer in aircrews

Objective To analyze the characteristics of peptic ulcer in aircrew and to provide theoretical evidence on formulating the technical precautionary methods.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to investigate the characteristics of pepticulcer in Air Force General Hospital.Results The results showed that there were two stages of high incidence of peptic ulcer in aircrews,7 patients of 25 ～ 29 years old （26.92％） and 7 patients of 40 ～ 44 years old （26.92％）.The incidences of peptic ulcer in transporter and battle plan were higher than other types of airplane.Psychological stress and H.pylori were the important etiological factors induced to peptic ulcer in aircrews.Conclusion For aircrews,psychological factors such as tension,anxiety and fear are the principal causative factors.H.pylori is another important etiological factor of peptic ulcer.
