腹部磁共振规范化扫描方案的应用初探

摘    要:目的:探讨并制定上腹部规范化磁共振检查方案及其磁共振技术质控标准。方法分别选取随机组250例,平扫50例,平扫后马上增强200例,优化组250例,平扫42例,平扫后马上增强208例,从预约、准备、摆位及定位、序列的规范化、附加技术的应用、诊断信息的满足情况等五个方面共30个项目入手细化工作,并将所得影像信息进行评分及统计学分析。结果优化组评分项目达标率明显高于随机组,且各评分项目的平均值也整体高于随机组,除了D10,且两组对比,差异具有统计学意义,除了C5、D4、D6、D8、D9、D10、E3、E4、E5。各评分大项目也高于随机组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义。优化组及随机组AA平均值、最大值、最小值分别为(27±0.097)分、30分、21分;(22.08±0.168)分、28分、15分,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义。结论实行腹部磁共振规范化扫描,优化了检查流程及图像质量,缩短了检查时间,提高了检查的成功率。

Abstract:Objective To study and formulate standardized scheme for abdominal magnetic resonance imaging as well as the quality control standard of abdominal magnetic resonance technology .Methods This work was designed to assign the participants to two groups ,i .e .,random group and optimal group ,with 250 cases in each group .Of these 250 cases in random group ,50 cases underwent plain scan ,the other 200 cases were initially subjected to plain scan and ,immediately , followed the enhancement scan .Correspondingly ,of these 250 cases in optimal group ,42 cases underwent plain scan ,the other 208 cases were initially subjected to plain scan and ,immediately ,followed the enhancement scan .This work meticu-lously started from five aspects in terms of appointment ,preparation ,positioning and orientation ,sequence of standardiza-tion ,additional technical application ,requirement stutus for diagnostic information ,which comprised a total of 30 items . Finally ,the obtained imaging information was scored and analyzed statistically .Results The compliance rate in optimal group was significantly higher than that in random group ,and the average value of each item in optimal group was higher than that in random group ,except for D10 .Compared with these items in two groups ,the difference was statistically sig-nificant ,except for C5 ,D4 ,D6 ,D8 ,D9 ,D10 ,E3 ,E4 ,and E5 .The score in optimal group was higher than that in ran-dom group and the difference was statistically significant between two groups .The AA mean value ,maximum value ,min-imum values in optimal group and random group were (27 ± 0 .097) points ,30 points ,21 points;(22 .08 ± 0 .168) points , 28 points ,15 points ,respectively .The difference was statistically significant between two groups .Conclusion The im-plementation of the standardized abdominal magnetic resonance scanning is able to optimize the inspection process and im-age quality ,to shorten the inspection time ,and to increase the success rate of inspection .
