两种肠内营养方法在ICU中的临床应用价值

目的 探讨胃肠内营养液持续泵入在ICU病房的应用价值.方法 以持续泵入胃肠内营养液的ICU患者50例为观察组,传统方法鼻饲胃肠内营养的ICU患者50例为对照组,观察两组治疗21 d后营养状况及胃肠内营养的并发症情况.结果 治疗21 d后发现观察组患者血清白蛋白（ALB）和肱三头肌皮褶厚度（TSF）水平明显升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而对照组患者ALB和TSF水平明显下降与观察组治疗后水平比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,并且在腹泻、胃潴留、应激性溃疡比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 胃肠内营养液持续泵入在ICU患者能明显改善患者的营养状况,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical application value of two kinds of methods of enteral nutrition in ICU patients

Objective To investigate the application value of the enteral nutrition liquid continuous to pumping in ICU.Methods A total of 50 cases of ICU patients who accepted the enteral nutrition liquid by contimuous pumping were as the observation group,and other 50 cases of ICU patients who received the traditional method of nasogastric enteral nutrition were as control group.The complications of gastrointestinal nutrition and nutritional status were observed in two groups after the treatment of 21 days.Results After 21 days treatment,serum albumin （ALB） and triceps skinfold thickness （TSF） were significantly increased compared with before treatment,and there was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）,while the ALB and TSF levels in control group were significantly decreased and had statistical significance compared with the observation group （P ＜ 0.05）.The diarrhea,gastric retention ratio,stress ulcer were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Enteral nutrition liquid continuous pumping in ICU patients can improve the nutritional status,is worthy of clinical application.
