肿瘤坏死因子α在慢性病毒性肝炎中的作用

目的　探讨TNF -α在慢性病毒性肝炎炎症活动及纤维化形成中的作用。方法　将 83例慢性病毒性肝炎及肝硬化患者肝穿取得的肝组织分别按炎症活动度分级和纤维化程度分期 ,应用ELISA方法检测患者血清TNF -α水平。并计算肝组织炎症活动度计分及纤维化程度计分。结果　血清TNF -α水平在肝组织炎症活动度G2 、G3及G4 级比正常对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,且随着肝组织炎症活动程度的加重而升高。血清TNF -α水平与肝组织炎症活动度计分呈低度正相关 (P <0 0 1)。血清TNF -α水平在肝纤维化S2 、S3及S4 期比正常对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5) ,且随着肝纤维化程度的加重而不断升高。血清TNF -α水平与肝组织纤维化程度计分呈中度的正相关 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　TNF -α在慢性病毒性肝炎中 ,既参与了肝组织炎症活动 ,也参与了肝纤维化的形成。

Affection of TNF -

Objective To investigate the action of TNF-α on the chronic liver inflammation and liver fibrosis. Methods 83 cases of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis were divided into different groups according to pathological differentiation of liver inflammation and fibrosis. The serum TNF-α level of patient was detected with ELISA method and compared with inflammation activity and fibrosis degree. Results The serum TNF-α levels on liver inflammation activity in G2, G3 and G4 degrees were higher significantly than that in normal control group (p<0.01) and positive correlated with the inflammation activity. The serum TNF-α levels on cirrhosis S, S and S stage were higher significantly than that in normal control group (p<0.05) and moderately positive correlated with the degree of cirrhosis. Conclusion These might be revealed that TNF-α is not only related with liver inflammation but also with liver fibrosis.
