| 摘 要： | 目的 研制一种对腰椎病腰腿痛患者具有独特疗效的沙床,并观察其治疗效果.方法 沙床由钢板焊制的床架和沙池盒两部分构成,以沙介质和芳香类中药(独活、桑寄生、秦艽、细辛等)为主要内容物,床体下面安装带振子的电机和电热器.选择250例腰椎病腰腿痛患者使用沙床治疗,并设立对照组,观察治疗效果.结果 腰椎病腰腿痛患者使用沙床后3个月行为能力较对照组明显改善,治疗组日常生活能力量表评分比对照组降低6.6分(P<0.01).结论 沙床对腰椎病腰腿痛具有较好的治疗效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical benefit of rehabilitation sands bed therapy for lumbar low back pain.Methods Case-control study,using rehabilitation sands bed for the treatment of 250 cases of lumbar low back pain,the recovery of neurological function were observed.Results The behavioral abilities were improved markedly in the the group treated with rehabilitation sands bed(P< 0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation sands bed is effctive for the treatment of lumbar low back pain. |
