| 摘 要： | 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是重症监护病房中治疗的难题。虽然经过多年的基础和临床研究,ARDS患者的病死率仍高居不下。本文对ARDS近年来治疗方面的进展作一综述,为其临床治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is very difficult to cope with in intensive care unit.Although many researches have been carried out in preclinical and clinical field in recent years the case fatality of patients with ARDS is still high.This article reviews the progress in treatment of ARDS in order to provide the clinical workers with the therapeutic reference. |
