咪喹莫特微乳的制备及体外透皮评价

摘    要:制备咪喹莫特微乳并考察其理化性质。载药微乳平均粒径为37.8nm,多分散指数为0.440。体外透皮试验表明,微乳8h累积渗透量明显高于咪喹莫特乳膏。

Abstract:The imiquimod microemulsion was prepared and the physicochemical properties were investigated. The mean particle size of the microemulsion was about 37.8nm with polydispersity index of 0.440. The accumulative amount of permeation in 8h through excised rabbit skin was significantly greater than that of the imiquimod cream.
