牵引加浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察牵引加浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:110例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,治疗组62例,采用牵引加浮针治疗,对照组48例,单纯用电针治疗。2组均10日为1个疗效,观察2个疗程。结果:第1疗程结束后,治疗组总显效率为51.7%,对照组为25.0%,2组比较有非显著性差异(P<0.01);第2疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为81.2%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牵引加浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症取效快,效果佳。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by traction combined with Fu's acupuncture therapy. Methods 110 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into two groups. 62 patients in treatment group were treated by traction combined with Fu's acupuncture;48 patients in control group were treated only by electric acupuncture, with a treatment course of ten days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed for two treatment courses. Results The total effective rate after the first treatment course was 51.7% in treatment group and 25.0% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01);the total effective rate after the second treatment course was 95.2% in treatment group and 81.2% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Traction combined with Fu's acupuncture is effective in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, with shorter treatment course and better curative effect.
