| 摘 要： | 脂肪肝的发病率呈上升趋势,且发病年龄越来越小。目前脂肪肝的发生机制尚未彻底明了,西医缺乏有效药物。中医药治疗脂肪肝,无论在改善临床症状,还是在改善肝功能及肝脏影像学方面的变化都有明显的优势。本文从中医对脂肪肝的病因病机、辨证论治及专方专药的临床观察等方面,对近年来的文献进行了综述。 |
