微波技术用于胶类药材炮制的研究

摘    要:目的:研究微波技术用于胶类药材炮制的优势。方法:用3种具有代表性的炮制方法对阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶进行炙珠炮制,对其工艺和胶珠的质量进行比较分析。结果:微波技术用于胶材炙珠的工艺技术及质量均优于其他炮制方法。结论:胶类药材炙珠炮制应用微波技术有独特的优势。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the advantage of microwave technology in the preparation of plastic beads. METHODS:Three kinds of representative processing methods were applied to prepare Equus asinus,Colla Cornus Cervi and Colla Carapax et Plastri Testudinis. The processing methods and the quality of plastic beads were compared.
