| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析腹腔镜探查术对结核性腹膜炎的诊断价值。方法选择从2001年至2011年间治疗的31例疑诊为结核性腹膜炎并行腹腔镜探查术的患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,评估腹腔镜探查的诊断价值。结果组织学确诊了25例为结核性腹膜炎,结核的诊断率为80.6%,其余6例患者中,3例患者为腹腔内广泛性的恶性肿瘤转移,3例患者活检组织为阴性。结论腹腔镜探查术是一种诊断结核性腹膜炎安全有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis of tuberculosis peritonitis. Methods 31 patients with tuberculosis peritonitis underwent diagnostic laparoscopic surgery in our department between 2001 and 2011, their clinical date were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of diagnostic laparoscopy. Results Biopsy confirmed tuberculosis peritonitis in 25 patients, widespread malignancy in 3 and negative results in 3. The diagnostic rate of tuberculosis peritonitis was about 80.6%. Conclusion Laparoscopy is a safe and accurate method for the diagnosis of tuberculosis peritonitis. |
