| 摘 要： | 为了提高护理质量,结合神经内科的特点,运用6S管理模式进行规范化的管理,实施近一年,6S管理工作取得了一定的成效,工作场所和病房井然有序,工作环境大为改善,调动了护理人员积极性,患者、家属综合满意度和护理质量明显提高,护理人员整体素养也得到全面提升,保障了护理安全。
