颌面骨折应用钛板内固定治疗的临床效果探讨

目的 探讨颌面骨折应用钛板内固定治疗的临床效果.方法 选取本院2009年5月~2011年5月收治的36例颌面骨骨折的患者,全部使用钛板内固定进行治疗,观察治疗效果.结果 36例患者中只用1例出现手术后感染,影响到愈合,剩下35例患者均在Ⅰ期愈合.在手术后3个月进行复查,所有患者的张口度均大于37 mm,经X线检查患者的对位对线均愈合良好.结论 对颌面骨折的患者应用钛板进行内固定治疗临床效果良好,对患者颞下颌部关节功能的影响比较小,同时创伤比较小,值得临床推广使用.

Maxillofacial fractures using titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of clinical effect

Objective To investigate the application of maxillofacial fracture titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of clinical effect.Methods The hospital from May 2009 to May 2011,36 cases of maxillofacial bone fracture patients,all of the use of titanium plate internal fixation for treatment,curative effect.Results 36 cases of patients with infection after operation in 1 cases,affect the healing,the remaining35 patients were healed.In3 months after operation for review,all patients with mouth opening were larger than 37 mm,by X ray examination in patients with healed well in alignment with the.Conclusion The patients of maxillofacial fractures using titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of clinical effect is good,in patients with temporomandibular joint function of the impact is relatively small,while the trauma is relatively small,is worthy of clinical use.
