奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察奥美拉唑三联疗法对消化性溃疡(PU)的治疗效果及幽门螺杆菌(HP)的根除效果。方法对100例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组分别给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和甲硝唑;对照组分别给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素,连续服用1周。停药4周后复查胃镜。结果观察组与对照组HP根除率分别为80%和75%,二者无显著性差异(P>0.05);溃疡愈合率分别为92%、90%,总有效率分别为98%和96%,二者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑三联疗法具有疗效好、费用低的优势,值得基层医院推广应用。

The Effect Observation of Omprazole Triple Therapy in Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcers

Objective To observe the efficacy of Omprazole triple therapy in Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcers eradication of helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods 100 cases of patients with active Peptic Ulcers as studied object, and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group received Omprazole-amoxicillin-metronidazole and the control group received Omprazole-amoxicillin- Clarithromycin. Ulcer healing and eradication of helicohacter pylori （Hp） were assassed by endoscopy four weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference of helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication between the two groups （80% VS 75%, P〉0.05）, and healing rates were documented in 92% of patients in the observation group and in 90% of patients in the other group（P〉0.05）, at the same time there was no significant difference in total effectiveness rate between two groups in light type（98% VS 96%, P〉0.05）. Conclusion In this study, the triple therapies of Omprazole-amoxicillin-metronidazole has a advantage of good curative effect and low cost, and it is worth spreading in basement hospital.
