摘    要:目的:优化甘草制吴茱萸的炮制工艺参数,为制吴茱萸的炮制工艺提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量,以两种生物碱总含量为评价指标,采用正交试验设计确定最佳甘草制吴茱萸的炮制工艺。结朵:甘草制吴茱萸的最佳炮制工艺为甘草用量6.25%,干燥温度60%,干燥时间9h。结论:本实验确定制吴茱萸的甘草用量为6.25%,与《上海市中药炮制规范》一致,为甘草制吴茱萸的炮制工艺提供了科学的实验依据,分析方法合理、准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the parameters of processing technology for Fructus Evodiae and provide scientific reference for processing of Fructus Evodiae. Methods: The contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae were determined with HPLC, and the total yields of the two alkaloids were chosen as the evaluating indicator. The orthogonal test was adopted to acquire the optimum technology for processing Fructus Evodiae with Radix Glycyrrbizae. Result: The study showed that the best parameters of processing technology for Fructus Evodiae was as follows: the dosage of Radix Glycyrrbizae was 6.25%, and the dry- ing temperature and time were 60℃ and 9 hours. Conclusion: The dosage of Radix Glycyrrbizae ascertained by this study coincides with that of "processing guidelines of Chinese Materia Medica in Shanghai". The study provids scientific references for pro- cessing Fructus Evodiae with Radix Glycyrrbizae and the method is reasonable, accurate and reliable.
