无创双水平正压通气对急性左心衰的治疗评价

目的 研究无创双水平正压通气（BiPAP）在急性心源性肺水肿所致左心衰治疗的效果。方法 42例急性左心衰患者分为两组，A组（2l例）应用BiPAP治疗同时进行药物治疗。B组（21例）吸氧及药物治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 A组BiPAP治疗的21例患者早期氧合明显改善，心率、血压也都有明显改善，未发生气管插管及死亡。结论 无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰疗效肯定。

Noninvasive Bi- level Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation in Acute Left Ventricular Failure

Objective To study the effects of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) ventilation in acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods 42 patients with acute left ventricular failure were divided into A group(21 patients were treated with BiPAP without restriction on other medical therapy) and B group(21 patients were treated with oxygen and medical therapy).The effects of the treatment were investigated.Results During the early phase of BiPAP treatment,the oxygenation improved significantly,both heart rate and blood pressure improved,the rate of required intubation and mortality reduced.Conclusion The effect of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) ventilation in acute left ventricular failure was positive.
