| 摘 要： | 用欧曼陀罗凝集素（ＤＳＡ）和小扁豆凝集素（ＬＣＡ）点印迹方法，分析孕妇血清中传铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）的糖链结构的变化。发现孕妇的Ｔｆ的糖链含有多天线及核心岩藻糖（Ｆｕｃ），其含量随着怀孕时间的增加而增多。这些结果为进一步研究含有核心Ｆｕｃ及多天线结构的糖链的Ｔｆ的生理意义奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | The structure of sugar chains of transferrin isolated from sera of pregnant women were analyzed by the dot-lectin-binding assay with Datura stramonium agglutinin and Lens culinaris lectin coupled to horseradish peroxidase. Highbranched and core-fucosylated structures were found in the transferrin of these pregnant women. Moreover, the content of the transferrin with high-branched and core-fucosylated glycan progressively increased in the course of pregnancy.These results can be very important for further studies on the physiological implications of high-branched and core-fucosylated glycans of transferrin. |
