| 摘 要： | 目的：研究细胞周期素Ｄ１与子宫颈鳞癌发生，发展及淋巴结转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测１００例子宫颈鳞癌石蜡包埋组织中细胞周期素Ｄ１的表达，并以８例正常宫颈、１２例宫颈炎组织作为对照。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between cyclin D 1 and genesis of cervical cancer,or development,or lymph node metastasis.Methods:cyclin D 1 expression was detected in 100 cervical cancer paraffin embedded tissues by immunohistochemistry.Eight normal cervix and 12 cervictis tissues acted as controls.Results:The posivity rates of cyclin D 1 in normal cervix,cervictis and cervical cancer tissues were 0%,25% and 48% respectively,with a sinificant difference among the 3 groups (P<0.05).Cyclin D 1 expression increased with the rise of clinical stages and the histodifferential degree of cervical cancer,the differences being significant(P<0.05).The cyclin D 1 positive expression rates were remarkably higher(P<0.05)in the patients accompanied by lymph node metastasis(73.81%) than those in patients without metastasis(29.31%).Conclusion:Overexpression of cyclin D 1 is related to genesis,development and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer. |
