摘    要:目的 研究凋亡相关基因fas及fas-L在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)组织的中表达,探讨其与TCC生物学行为的关系及在TCC发生,发展中相互作用。方法 采用S-P免疫组化法检测56例TCC及10例正常膀胱组织Fas及Fas-L的表达,并与TCC病理分级、临床分期及随访结果相比较,结果 Fas及Fas-L在TCC中阳性表达率分别 为.1%及57.1%,与在正常膀胱组织表达率80.0%及0%相比,有显性

Abstract:AIM To investigate the expression of apoptoticgene Fas and Fas L in transitional cell bladder carcinoma (TCC) and to evaluate their relationship with the biological behavior of TCC and their interaction in the occurring and developing of TCC. METHODS Using immunohistochemical method S P, we studied the expression of Fas and Fas L protein in 56 cases of paraffin embedded TCC tissues and in 10 cases of normal bladder tissues. The positive rates of Fas and Fas L were compared with the pathological grade, clinical stage and follow up of TCC. RESULTS The positive rates of Fas and Fas L protein staining were 41.1% and 57.1% in 56 cases with TCC, while they were 80.0% and 0% in the normal bladder tissue ( P <0.05), respectively. Fas was not related to the tumor grade and tumor stage ( P >0.05). However, Fas was significantly related to the recurrence of the patient ( P <0.05). on the other hand, Fas L was positively related to the tumor grade, clinical stage and the recurrence of the patient ( P <0.05). No significant correlation has been noted between Fas and Fas L ( r C =-0.084). CONCLUSION The results suggest that the aberrant expression of Fas and Fas L is closely related to the genesis, progression and recurrence of TCC. The highly expression of Fas L and Fas might be regarded as a marker for the malignant progression and recurrence of TCC.
