| 摘 要： | 59例老年人血浆环核苷酸测定结果提示CAMP显著低于青壮年对照组(P<0.01),CGMP亦低于对照组(9<0.05),其比值和对照组无差异,呈低水平调节。CAMP与CGMP及其比值在性别上无显著差异。

| Abstract: | Determination of the plasmic cyclic nucleoticles of 59 healthy old persons indicates that CAMP is much lower than that of the control group of the young and middle age ( P<0.01). CGMP is also lower ( P <0.05 ) and the ratio is the same as the latter. It merely shows a low level regulation. CAMP, CGMP and their ratio have no remarkable difference in sexual distinction. |
