空腹血糖与血清瘦素、白细胞介素6的关系

摘    要:目的研究空腹血糖与血清瘦素(LEP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的关系。方法将受试者258例根据空腹血糖(FPG)值分组:A组为FPG≤5.0mmol/L者65例,B组为5.0mmol/L〈FPG〈5.6mmol/L者67例,C组为5.6mmol/L≤FPG〈6.1mmol/L者64例,D组为6.1mmol/L≤FPG〈7.0mmol/L者62例。以上四组均检测FPG和空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);检测血清LEP、IL-6、总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果①各组随着FPG的升高,HOMA-IR、血清LEP水平明显升高。②各组内血清LEP水平女性明显高于男性(P〈0.01)。③血清LEP与FPG、FINS、HOMA—IR呈正相关(P〈0.01或〈0.05)。结论LEP参与了FPG升高、胰岛素抵抗的发生和发展,尤其在男性T2DM的发生过程中发挥着更为重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of fasting blood glucose, serum leptin(LEP) and interleukin-6. Methods According to the levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) , the 258 subjects were divided into 4 groups; Group A: 65 cases FPG≤5.0 mmol/L; GroupB: 67 cases 5.0 mmol/L 〈 FPG 〈5.6 mmol/L; GroupC: 64 cases 5.6 mmol/L≤ FPG 〈 6.1 mmol/L; GroupD : 62 cases 6.1 mmol/L≤ FPG 〈 7.0 mmol/L. The levels of FPG and fasting insulin (Fins) in four groups were detected and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR)were accounted. The levels of LEP, total cholesterol (TG) ,triglyceride (TC) and HDL cholesterol ( HDL-C ) in serum were measured. Results (1) The levels of HOMA-IR and LEP rose with elevating of levels of FPG.(2)The levels of LEP in serum of female groups was higher than that of the male groups in four groups (P 〈 0.01 ). (3)The levels of LEP, FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR were positively related (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions LEP participates in the FPG elevating, insulinresistanee occurrence, thus plays an important role in the masculine T2DM occurrence process.
